By the end of the summer I’m always more than ready for the pace to ease to a little as we head into the Autumn. It’s part of the seasonal rhythm of the job and the nature of growing in this part of the world where the main growing season is relatively short meaning that a lot needs to happen in a short space of time when growing vegetables. Spudstock 2017
Following the success of our first ‘Spudstock’ last year we had to do it again. We always have a big work party to get the spuds in and generally tie this in with a bit of get-together down on the farm but when a member offered to put on a small music event for us we jumped at the chance of tying it in with the annual harvest.
