Seeds have started to arrive and the propagation tunnel has been cleared ready for the first trays. We’ll sow our first seeds next week – lettuce, pakchoi, cabbage, fennel and spinach to be planted in the polytunnels in March. The volunteers have done a great job weeding the polytunnels and they are looking really tidy.
We had the annual Organic inspection from the Soil Association on Monday and have passed! Good to get that out of the way at the beginning of the season.
This weeks veg share (pictured above) had everything you could want for hearty winter soups, Sunday Roasts or a green salad with grated carrot and sprout. Delicious!
